You’re template(s) should have automatically downloaded.
Open your template(s) in Excel to edit. Once you’ve completed filling out your template(s), save them in .txt format. When you’re ready to use your saved .txt file(s) to generate your report(s) for your client(s), go to your ‘My Account’ page, scroll to ‘Available Reports’ and click on the report(s) you want to generate.
Go to your ‘My Account’ page, scroll to ‘Available Reports’ and click on the report(s) you wish to generate. For each report, first enter the name of your client in the associated text box that appears on the next page. Then either upload the data you manually entered into the corresponding template for this client or connect directly to your ’23 and Me’ account to import this data.
Please note, if you are managing multiple clients under one ’23 and Me’ account and plan to generate multiple reports, you’ll want to log out of ’23 and Me’ after each round of report generation. Otherwise, the same data will be repeatedly used.
